Terms & Conditions – Woodline Furniture

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for placing orders with Woodline Furniture. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:


1. Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed only after the customer provides complete details, including product selection, size, finish, and any customization requirements.


2. Advance Payment (50% Mandatory)

To begin production, a 50% advance payment is required on every order. This advance ensures:

  • Reservation of materials

  • Scheduling of workshop time

  • Start of polishing, carving, and manufacturing processes

No order will be processed without the advance payment.


3. Remaining Payment

The remaining 50% balance must be paid:

  • Before delivery, or

  • At the time of pickup from our showroom

Furniture will not be dispatched until the full payment is received.


4. Production Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Customization level

  • Carving or hand‑carving requirements

Estimated delivery time will be shared at the time of order confirmation.


5. Custom Orders

Customized items (size, color, carving, polish, fabric, etc.) are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable, as they are made specifically for the customer.


6. Changes & Cancellations

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled. Any requested changes may affect delivery time and cost.


7. Quality Assurance

All items go through a strict quality check in our workshop before being sent to the showroom or delivered to the customer.


8. Delivery & Transportation

Delivery charges may apply depending on the customer’s location. Woodline Furniture is not responsible for damage caused during third‑party transportation unless delivery is handled directly by our team.


9. Warranty & Repairs

Warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or improper handling is not covered.
